Just Announced!! The Friends will be hosting a Winter Snowshoe Walk at Pope Farm Conservancy THIS Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 1PM. Come enjoy the stark beauty of winter at the conservancy. Bring your own gear (snowshoes, cross-country skis, or hiking boots) and join us for a one-hour adventure through this winter wonderland.
This walk is free and open to the public – no registration is necessary.

** Meet in the LOWER parking lot off Old Sauk Road **

REMINDERS: Please stay on the designated trails and do not venture out into the prairies or crop fields. The lower parking lot off Old Sauk Road will remain open and plowed through the winter months. All other parking lots will be closed. Can’t make it? No problem! The Conservancy is OPEN daily from sunrise to sunset during the winter months. With sufficient snow accumulation, visitors are welcome to come and enjoy winter activities (snowshoeing, cc-skiing, sledding) all season long
